Farmer Miller Baker at Versailles FareFest 2010

Last Saturday, The Farmer, The Miller and The Baker collaborated with The Inn at Versailles (another local food-based treasure) at FareFest 2010 in Versailles, Ohio.

The Farmer, Miller, Baker group shared our story and brought tastes of spelt bread and spelt cookies for an estimated 700 attendees, all of whom were there to enjoy samples of amazing food from local restaurants and producers as well as wines from around the country. Bakehouse Bread & Cookie Company was also there, sharing their artisan breads topped with fresh, locally grown tomatoes and basil, and E.A.T. Food for Life Farm shared their locally made butter and cheeses.

Many thanks to the Inn at Versailles, Telisa Delligatta and Chef Michael Delligatta from Michael Anthony’s at the Inn for bringing us not only spectacular seasonal plates using locally grown produce from their very own organic farm, but an amazing selection of wines, and spectacular local events.
